Angela Borreggine, JD is Chair of Institutional Product Strategy & Ecosystem Integration, Healthcare Infrastructure within the Baraka Strategic Advisory Council. She brings more than two decades of experience in asset management, fund structuring, and institutional governance.

Ms. Borreggine has held senior leadership roles at Allianz Global Investors, WisdomTree, Virtus Investment Partners, and UBS Wealth Management, where she was directly involved in the structuring, launch, and oversight of more than forty investment funds across institutional platforms.

Her work focuses on institutional product architecture, aligning operating healthcare platforms with allocator mandates, regulatory frameworks, and scalable capital formation pathways. She advises on governance design, product development across private and semi-liquid structures, and integration across asset managers, capital markets, and distribution channels.
